Photography Confessions :: Allie & Emily

Lately I have been trying to promote my photography a little more.  Not too much, as I feel I am still such a beginner in so many ways, but enough to where I can start building a portfolio that consists of subjects other than myself.  I have been booking a few shoots with just this goal in mind.  I've worked with couples, individuals, and now two of the most lovely little girls and their wonderful Nanny.  Here are a few of the images I captured a couple of nights ago.

Out of respect for the family's privacy I will not be sharing any of the portrait style photos from the evening.  Trust me when I say they are two of the most adorable little girls I've ever had the pleasure of knowing, with a family just as delightful.

I've always loved the opportunities I've had to work with children.  Maybe it's the bright clothes or maybe it's the purple hair, but whatever the case, they are always so eager to be my mini models.  They even found little pieces of nature that they wanted to ensure were captured in time by my camera lens.  Little ladies after my own heart!
