Testing... testing... ®

After only twelve and a half hours into the New Year I am already buzzing with new ideas to make the blog more unique and original.  I want everyone who visits the blog to think "Oh my gosh... how cool is that?".  I introduced my new concept/addition to the blog on Friday but there didn't seem to be much notice to it's existence!

So here it is... my official introduction to my latest brain child... Drum roll please!... I said... DRUM ROLL PLEASE?!  Not gonna happen?  Okay, moving on...  Read to Me!  Yes, that's right!  Read to Me is my newest feature on the blog.  There I was, reading my hundredth new blog post via bloglovin', when I noticed my eyes were beginning to betray me.  No really!  They literally were refusing to focus  on anything smaller than a 35 point font.  I tried the walking away tactic, in hopes that my eyes would somehow auto reset, so that I may finish reading the latest DIY craze... tried rubbing, even tried the extra cuppa joe!  No luck... they had experience a system overload.

This got me thinking... what if I could put the text into one of those auto reader do whops?   Talk about a major FAIL that woman's voice sounds like a robot from another planet... and having a man reading Elsie's blog to me just felt uncomfortable.  But how cool would it be to have her tell me all about her day?  Now that would be awesome...  Wait a minute!  I could do that!  I could record my blog so that my readers could truly be followers!  That's right... just press play and FOLLOW along!  What?  You can't stand the sound of my voice?  No worries!  It's not like it starts automatically or anything!

So there you have it, a few hundred exclamation points later, the beginning of Read to Me.  Look for the ® symbol next to titles where this blog (stutter haha) feature is present.  Hope you enjoy this caffeine induced creation and although it will need perfecting it will now be present!

Love & Lollies...

I wonder if I am the first to think this?
